I’m Sonia, a multidisciplinary holistic practitioner and founder of SoniAlchemy. Rooted in my own journey of recovering from burnout and grounded in over 20 years of international business and leadership experience, I bring deep presence, compassion, and authenticity to my work — helping others return to their inner truth and live from a place of aligned, embodied well-being.

My mission is to support you in restoring your nervous system, reconnecting with your innate wisdom, and embodying the most vibrant, fulfilled version of yourself—right here, in the present moment where all transformation begins.
