I’m Sonia, a multidisciplinary holistic practitioner and founder of SoniAlchemy. Rooted in my own journey of recovering from burnout and grounded in over 20 years of international business and leadership experience, I bring deep presence, compassion, and authenticity to my work — helping others return to their inner truth and live from a place of aligned, embodied well-being.
