I’m Sonia Dominguez, a Leadership and Organisational Coach, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher certified through Brown University School of Public Health, and HeartMath Certified Coach.

Drawing on more than 25 years of international corporate experience, I help professionals, leaders and organisations navigate change, strengthen resilience and cultivate sustainable performance without sacrificing wellbeing.

My work integrates evidence-based coaching, mindfulness and human-centred leadership development to support greater clarity, self-awareness, resilience and authentic connection in today’s rapidly changing world.
