Alongside the core offerings of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Heart Coherence, Sonialchemy also offers a selection of complementary programs designed to support embodied awareness, nervous system regulation, and inner alignment.
These experiences reflect different facets of my work , passion and international studies for over 20 years, integrating mindful movement, breath-led practices, and experiential formats that invite presence, vitality, and connection. While MBSR and Heart Coherence form the foundation of my approach, these programs offer additional pathways for exploration, integration and personal growth.
Some offerings are proposed seasonally, while others are available through private sessions, collaborations, or special events.

The Inner Pathway

Heart Coherence
Personalized coaching sessions designed to sharpen your intuition, deepen self-awareness, and empower your path to transformation. Through tailored guidance, you’ll cultivate clarity, emotional balance, and sustainable resilience. This is a space for reflection, growth, and practical tools for living with presence and alignment.
Offered as private sessions in-person or online.

Breathwork
Reconnect with your internal nervous system through the art of breath and return to your true self. Through conscious connected breathing, participants access nervous system regulation, release stored tension, and cultivate heart-centered coherence. Breathwork sessions deepen awareness, increase vitality, and support sustainable well-being.

Yoga
Reconnect with the body through the ancient proven practice of yoga to restore your mind and body. Yoga sessions integrate breath, posture, and mindful awareness to balance body and mind. Participants experience improved posture, reduced stress, nervous system regulation, and a deepened connection to their inner self.

21 days Morning Bliss program
A transformative group journey combining breathwork, mindful movement, yoga, meditation… to start your day centered and alive. A gentle morning practice that cultivates clarity, focus, and emotional balance while activating the body’s energy systems. Morning Bliss supports daily resilience, presence, and well-being through an approachable, grounded routine.

Conscious Dance
Surrender to the present moment, allowing the body to become a vessel for self-discovery and awakening. Through intuitive movement and conscious presence, participants cultivate energy, joy, and emotional release. It supports nervous system regulation, enhances mindfulness, and deepens your connection to your inner intelligence and creative expression.

Coaching 1-1

Aquatic Bodywork
Dive into the healing power of water. Inspired by Watsu and Healing Dance, it melts tension, restores flow, and awakens profound relaxation. Floating in warm water, participants experience profound nervous system regulation, release of tension, emotional balance, and enhanced body awareness. Watsu encourages full-body relaxation and reconnection to your inner calm
