4 weeks coaching program  to reduce stress and build resilience with leading edge, scientifically validated, practical and highly effective tools, techniques and biofeedback technology.

This resilience programs has over 30 years of pioneering heart-brain research and validation behind it. Research has shown that the state of  coherence allows you to self-regulate and recharge your battery. The level of coherence can be measured with the biofeedback technology provided in the training. The tools will train you to get your heart and brain in sync, which prevents and reduces stress, anxiety, and overwhelm, improves health and performance, and clears your thinking for more effective choices.These tools have been used by organisations such as NASA, Stanford Hospital, ITV, Microsoft… and hundreds of thousands of individuals worldwide. 

With just a few minutes of daily practice, heart coherence becomes easily accessible for more balanced, effective, and healthy living. Over time, you’ll be equipped with a skill set that you can apply in all aspects of your life.

  • 2 individual Coaching Sessions, at the beginning of the program & at the end (45 minutes each).
  • 4 weeks group classes (maximum 10 people): 90 minutes sessions.
  • Your personal Inner Balance biofeedback device forever, to train and monitor your progress (valued at 265 chf).
  • Free Lifetime Subscription to the App (additional savings of $79 per year for a lifetime)
  • Building Personal Resilience Workbook.
  • Being part of a larger community for continuous practice (private Global Coherence group).
